Rates - Totally Pampered Service
1-night stay $175
Includes 3 meals, snacks & drinks

Both Friday and Saturday night dinner include dessert.
Snacks include a variety of light & dark chocolates, non-chocolate candies, a
variety of nuts, popcorn, chips, dips, veggie tray, fruit and fresh baked items.
Drinks include filtered water, coffee (including espresso drinks), tea, at least 10
varieties of diet & non-diet sodas and juice.
NOTE: All rates are per person and do not include tax.
GIFT CERTIFICATES are available upon request.
Reservation Requirements:
Our minimum to hold an event is as follows: at least 4 people for a 1 or 2 night
retreat and at least 3 people for a 3 night retreat. Unless a group has 6 or more
people and prefers a private event, we will leave an event open for others to join
them. Although these are the minimums, you are welcome to sign up for an event
on a particular date with less people in your group since more often than not,
another group will sign up for the same date.
Policies
Deposit - A $50 non-refundable deposit per person paid within 10 days of making
your reservation is required to reserve your spot. Additional people can be added
to your group any time after your initial group booking is made as long as spots
are still available. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, money orders and
personal checks.

Cancellation - If you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied towards a future
date as long as you cancel within 30 days of your retreat date. Refunds will only
be given if an unexpected event occurs where Pampered Scrappers has to cancel
a retreat and there is no other way to accommodate you.
Check-in: 3pm or later on your arrival day for a 2 or 3 night stay. 1 night stays
start and end times can be customized to meet your needs. 1 night stays can be
up to 32 hours.
Check-out: 3pm on your departure day for a 2 or 3 night stay.
Feel free to contact us if you want to arrange for earlier or later
check-in/check-out times.
Smoking/Pets: We allow smoking outdoors and have a covered porch. For
those with animal allergies please be aware we do have cats. If you are able to
control your allergies with Claritin or Claritin-D, we have an adequate supply on
hand for those who wish to stay with us. Several people have stayed who had
mild to moderate cat allergies, so feel free to contact us first for more info if you're
not sure whether or not you want to make a reservation.
